Hilda came recommended from an old Navy buddy when I was thinking of moving back to El Paso from California. She was great from the get go and throughout the whole process. I had my house listed for a year with 2 different realtors and never even had a nibble. Hilda sold a town home in the same complex, and I went to her open house and liked how she showed the home. She said she would come over and talk about my house. I signed with her the next month because I tried to sell myself which didn't produce results. She paid for a virtual video of my house and that did the trick. After listing my house, a interested buyer came the next day and made a cash offer. He said the virtual video convinced him that my home is what he was looking for and we closed within the next week. I think Hilda is the best ever, and she has a great personality.
