In September 2016, we found out from our landlord that our lease would not be renewed for the house we had lived in for four years. We initially thought we would rent again but the rentals were so expensive! That is when we contacted Hilda Massey. She referred us to a great lender who specialized in CHAFA and first time homebuyers programs. After we were approved, Hilda showed us houses in Elizabeth, Castle Rock and Parker, Colorado. We really appreciated how attentive she was and how she was always available to answer any questions we had. When we found our dream home, we were ecstatic but we were soon devastated when we found out how many other people were also interested in it. I really didn't think there was any way we would get our dream home. This was when I was thankful we had such a great realtor on our side. Hilda is THE BEST at negotiating and she works hard to make sure her clients are taken care of . I truly don't think we would be living in our dream home right now if we had any other realtor.
