We originally moved to California back in 2013 and a co-worker strongly recommended the Elmore Team. Upon moving to the area we did have some criteria on finding a home as our son wanted to attend a certain High School in the area (DVH) so the team was limited to properties which fell into this criteria. Through it all, Hilda and her team never gave up. They were successful in finding the perfect home for us. We were very pleased with the house, location and our new neighbors. Upon my company deciding to transfer our family this year again during the pandemic I contacted the Elmore Team again and we did not want to have any other realtors contact us as we felt they would be the best fit for getting our home sold. Being I was traveling a lot my wife was home with the chore of getting the home ready to sell. The Elmore Team stepped in and did everything possible help and make our home stand out for possible buyers. Upon putting the home on the market and having multiple showings from morning to night we did receive an offer which was to our dismay quite a lot over our asking price with no contingencies. We took this fantastic offer and moved forward with a very smooth sale process which we account to the Elmore Teams follow up and staying in touch. We would definitely recommend the team to future clients and use them again if we relocate to the Bay Area.
