Our family lucked into an amazing realtor. From Day 1, she was there walking us through the sometimes-stressful process of buying a house for the first time. She pushed at the right times, held back at the right times, went the extra mile in negotiations and communications -- she had literal pneumonia or something and was still working day and night to help make the deal on our eventual home. It's Hilda or nobody for us.
