Often times I felt like she was working for the buyer instead of selling my home. She did not listen to what I was looking for and often would try and have me improve something because "that's the way to get the top dollar". I often used her recommendation for vendors and was left unimpressed. One of her vendors caused damage to my home that he had to come back and correct at a day and time that was neither convenient nor easy for me to accommodate. She did acquire top dollar for my home sale in the area. However, I am still getting questions from the buyers even after the completion of the sale of my home to them.
