We chose Hilary as our Realtor while searching for a new home, and she was great about finding potential properties, weeding out the ones she knew we wouldn't be interested as we started viewings together, and keeping us appraised of pertinent market changes. Once we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, she helped make the entire process as seamless as possible, explaining what we had to do and carefully walking us through every step. She had a wealth of knowledge regarding local contacts for some additional inspections we wanted to take care of, and helped move everything along, getting us to closing very quickly.
