Hilary took the time initially to get to know our family and then helped us figure out and analyze the homes in the areas we were looking in. She also does a great job of managing the closing items and making sure that attention is given to the items in inspection that need attention. She is a genuinely nice person but also knows her market so we found her helpful in many areas.
Hilary was super to work with on the sale of my home. She provided great resources/contractors to help me get the house ready for sale and a staging company that was top notch. She was incredibly responsive (day or night) on questions that I had and was very communicative with the buyer agent as well. We faced some challenges down to the wire with the buyer but she calmly helped me through it all and as she always said, 'It's what we do!"
