I originally flipped this house thinking that I'd sell it for $110,000 and boy was I wrong. I really didn't want to stage the property, but Hilary convinced me to stage it and when we walked in after the staging was complete she said "Thomas that $110,000 is now going to be $130,000". And sure enough, we got $133,000. I'll be using her for all of my flips in the future.
