We interviewed two local realtors to sell my brother's house and liked her energy and strategy. However, we initially had her list it about 6% higher than the high end of her suggested range, based on input from the other realtor. After several weeks of little interest for viewings, we took her advice and lowered the price to the high end of her range, and a few weeks later, lowered it another 6% to the mid-point of her original range-which is what it sold at. She was very accommodating to us as out-of-state sellers, helping to find local tradespeople to assist with repairs. She was a pleasure to do business with and we are glad we chose her as our agent.

It is hard to find appropriate words to describe my experience with Hilary as so much of what she does and is is intuitive. I will just say she was always available and responsive, bright and very imaginative and works very hard for her clients. She amazingly sold my house the day it came on the market!!! Hilary is very knowledgable and takes her work seriously but is always cheerful and ready to laugh. She loves Cannon Beach and is often seen walking her two beautiful shepards past Haystack. I feel like I made a friend and will always be grateful for my wonderful experience with Hilary.
