When I began my search for a home I knew what would make me happy, but I didn't see anything that met those needs. Hilary herman turned out to be just what I needed. Always know that she listens to everything you say and she finds a way, even when facing improbable odds, to assist you with your home, your choices, and present you with sound information to make your choice. I have purchased 6 homes in the past, but with the assistance of Ms. herman I know I have found the home I will remain in for the future. Know that regardless of the question, Ms. Herman will be honest with you. if she does not know the answer she will tell you, but more importantly she will be aggressive in finding you a response. Hilary was a great choice for a realtor all around! We were connected through a mortgage company, that we didn't end up keeping but we did choose to complete the home purchase with Hilary as our realtor.
