This is our second time using Hilary. The first time was selling our house and second was our purchase. We were worried that we wouldnt find a home with the low housing market and multiple offers. But, Hilary knows how to work with a buyer and structure a great purchase and sales agreement. She guided us through the process and explained every detail. Hilary is extremely responsive and took our calls 24/7. She has a great contact list of professionals for anything you need. She really is a soup to nuts realtor!

Hilary took the time to understand our needs and wants, going on walk throughs with us rather than waiting for our review. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to us throughout (and after) the process. If / when the next opportunity arrises, we will definitely be working with Hilary again.
