Unfamiliar as I am with Marin, I had been to many open houses looking for a home in area I might like. I met Hilary Davis at a house she was showing. Even though the home wasn't a good fit for me, Hilary spent time with me listening to what I did want and recommending some areas for me to check out. In this seller's market, she was the first of nearly two dozen realtors at open houses who really listened to my needs as a buyer rather than pointing out all the features of the house they were selling.
