We actually interviewed Hilary after she was referred to us. The referral we received was that she was not only nice, but very personable, professional, and kept you informed of what was happening. We found all this to be true of Hilary and more. She was very easy to get ahold of and her team was always on top of our selling process. When we had questions, she had the answer or she found the answer. She encouraged us on how to prepare for our house's picture day (they came out wonderful), how to be prepared for a showing and not to worry. We didn't run into any major problems, and what little ones we had, were quickly dealt with. What we appreciated was that she made contact with every agent who brought by a prospective buyer. When our buyer did come through, she stayed in contact with their agent up until closing day, and kept us in the loop of where we were at in the process. We would highly recommend Hilary. Throughout my life, I have bought and sold numerous properties. I believe I have dealt with more than a dozen real estate agents and brokers. Some better than others, some worse than others. I found Ms. Blaha to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the current market. She was able to communicate to me many aspects of what the market was looking for and would bear. She was not the first agent to assist me in selling my most recent property. She was, however, the most effective. I don’t typically leave reviews, unless I feel it is necessary to steer customers away from inept agents. In this case, however, I have such a positive opinion of this Blaha that I felt she deserved to be rated by me. I believe she deserves the highest rating possible. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, she is able to and does communicate extremely well. In my opinion, anyone that is having difficulties with their agents or brokers, should consider contacting Ms. Blaha and discussing their situations with her.
