We found all this to be true of Hilary and more. She was very easy to get ahold of and her team was always on top of our selling process. She encouraged us on how to prepare for our house's picture day (they came out wonderful), how to be prepared for a showing and not to worry. We didn't run into any major problems, and what little ones we had, were quickly dealt with. What we appreciated was that she made contact with every agent who brought by a prospective buyer.
