Kara cares! From our first meeting to the day of closing and even beyond, Kara gave a real "personal" touch to everything we did or discussed. Kara was never in a hurry and always answered my phone calls and texts promptly. She took the worry out of my closing questions and walked me through the entire process of getting my house ready to sell. Kara also gave great tips on staging the house for showing, rendering my part so much easier than if I had not had her expertise. Kara was understanding and compassionate towards my personal situation and had great recommendations for help when I needed to make a last minute repair, two days before closing. Well, we had a horrific experience with our builder, the seller, with a complete lack of communication and despite that, our realtor Kara was right there with us trying to help facilitate our dream home up until the very end, even if that meant moving her personal plans at times to see us through to our house closing. She was always prepared and organized if the builder ever tried to deny something he had promised and she seemed to be one step ahead. She was great!
