Herny came to us by way of a family's recommendation. We were in the market of both selling our current home as well as purchasing a new construction. I contacted Herny and immediately we connected amicably. She is very easy to speak to and extremely patient. The entire process of selling/buying was new to my fiancée and me. Herny, throughout the entire process, took her time to explain everything and answer any questions. One item that was out of our hands to control was the circumstances with corovonavirus (COVID-19). The pandemic required us to put our home on sale but with no open house. Instead, all visits were by appointment only and with many restrictions. These exceptions did not affect Herny and her work ethics. She was committed to the sale of our house and, to our surprise, we were able to close on a sale in just a bit over a month!
