I don’t even know where to begin. After working with different agents and finally coming across Hermay he was 100000% hands down the best agent I worked with. A few days later we had put in an offer on a home and he had me fully closed and moved in less than 20 days later. He made it very easy to communicate and answered in a very timely fashion. There was a point where we started to give up on house hunting because we kept getting outbid. Hermay never gave up on us and coached us on what we should be submitting to be considered as a solid offer. He ended up helping us find our dream home, in an amazing neighborhood, and great school district. His service is exceptional and I would highly recommend him for any home buying or selling needs.
