we had a rough one, and Herman handled it flawlessly. He was very responsive, and always had an idea. The condo had a few issues with selling due to circumstances out of everybody's control, and Herman was able to make it happen. I was very happy with what Herman did for us.
Herman was always very responsive and answered my questions within a short amount of time. Being new to the area, I found his experience and expertise with the Madison/ Sun Prairie area to be very helpful and made me feel confident in the decision I was making. However, make sure you double check all of the fees you are paying. Herman tended to talk in circles around fees and I ended up paying more fees than originally anticipated based on previous discussions.
