I have dealt with Herb on numerous occasions, both as a buyer and seller. I have never known Herb to be nothing less than a professional. His negotiating skills are relentless. When negotiations stall, he brings in fresh ideas to overcome any obstacles that jeopardize the transaction. His knowledge of the market is accurate and when he is unsure, he won't just throw out a guess. He will do his research and bring you solid CMA's to support his position. I would highly recommend Herb to handle your next real estate transaction.
