Herb is the best! I worked with him selling a property for my elderly aunt. I live about two hours from this property, so I needed someone who knew the area and who I could depend on. Herb was that man. He exceeded all expectations I had. He checked on the property all the time, connected me with trustworthy contractors to get the property cleaned up, and communicated with me frequently!
