He also gave great advice about how we should approach the offer process from a timeline perspective. Ultimately, we got multiple offers on our house only a week after putting it on the market, and the offer was higher than our expectations. On the buy side, he made some great recommendations about what would make our more competitive and unique. In a market that was seeing 10-20 bids on a home, he helped make our offer stand out and we were able to find our forever home.
