Smooth, successful transaction, thanks to Herb!
Herb represented me in the sale of my Quechee condo. He found the perfect buyer and managed every aspect of the sale, from negotiating with the buyer, coordinating inspections, hiring tradespeople to make required repairs, and liaising with the management company. This was invaluable since I live 225 miles away and didn't have the bandwidth to do much of anything. Despite some obstacles, Herb kept the sale on track and running smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning to sell or buy at Quechee.
