9/29/2019 I am pleased to be able to write this review for Herb and Eileen Marizy? Why? Because of all the realtors I have worked with in the past 35 years, they did more to help me sell this property than any other. It had been on the market for 6 months without an offer. They had it under contract within 2.5 weeks – in the middle of winter. In several situations Herb fixed some of the requested home inspection repairs himself. In more than one of these he purchased the products needed and I simply reimbursed him for the cost of the item. He did the shopping!! Since I’m still working full time, this saved me massive time, money and headaches. One of the inspection issues that emerged was solved by phone while I was traveling in a vehicle on business in England. When he couldn’t fix something, he referred me to a contractor who completed the repair in a quality and affordable manner in time to close escrow as scheduled. When I was unavailable because of business trips, either he or Eileen would open the house and check to make sure that all was well after a contractor finished his work. The professionalism, communication skills, honesty, integrity, experience, negotiation skills and attention to detail provided by this husband and wife team are exemplary. They were ALWAYS available and responsive within hours of when I contacted them. They coordinated things and followed through on every promise, some of which did not finalize until 2 months after closing. This was a breath of fresh air in a world where one (or many) of these characteristics and skills all too often are lacking. The most important question always is, “Would you use the services of this realtor again?” My answer, “Absolutely, yes!
