My experience with Henry was amazing. This is the first property that I closed on. Henry even has his own broker and he came out and able to represent me. We threw an offer on a property our offer wasn’t taken but Henry was following up with the seller’s agent. Once the first buyer left the contract, we were next in line and got our offer accepted. The seller wouldn’t do much negotiation despite the damages incurred and years of non-renovation. Henry and I were able to review the inspection together at a coffee shop and he was able to provide personal guidance and strategize the game plan of what my objective was. In addition to that, there were difficulties with my lender approving me. Off to a terrible start with the relation between the seller and myself. We cross additional problems and I had to end up extending the contract so the seller was heated at this point. We came to the agreement that we will do whatever it takes to close the deal. Some magical way, Henry was able to seal the deal for me and I am absolutely blessed it. The seller sent me a paper to take action. Henry did an amazing job representing me.
