We had a month to close on the house but the buyer wanted to close a week earlier and Henry was able to make that happen. It may have been due to the current market conditions but we were able to sell our property for a lot more than what asked and through it Henry gave good advice on how to go about selling the property. It matters a lot who's on your team when you're going through a property transaction where any portion of it can be stressful, and for them to have the ability and knowhow to make it as seamless and smooth as possible.
