The HOA monthly fee quoted by Mr. Stoudermire for this listing is too far out of line for the property's amenities, i.e. no secured/indoor parking, no elevator, no laundry room, no community room, no outside sitting area, and no on site staff. I owned a condo/coop in Shaker Hts with the afore listed amenities and the HOA fee was the same as this property which is located in Hough. Also, the exterior of the building is in dire NEED of repair.
