My wife and I were looking for an agent that really knew the area since we aren’t locals. We quickly found out that A LOT of people are real estate agents in the area. Friends would tell us that the agent they were referring will work hard and show us a hundred homes If needed. We didn’t want that. Being experience home buyers, we wanted an agent that would show us homes that he felt we would purchase. Henry listened to us and made adjustments on what he showed us each time we looked at a home and quickly zeroed in on what we were looking for. In a short amount of time, we had found our home and made an offer. Henry was great through the negotiation process and we felt he was working for us rather than the commission. With Henry’s experience as a contractor, it was like having a pre-inspector at every showing. At one showing, my wife and I were considering putting in an offer and Henry found something that was installed incorrectly and could have potentially been a costly repair. He pointed that out and we decided not to purchase. If we had not caught the potential issue at that showing and it wasn’t found until the inspection, there is a great chance that we would missed the opportunity to buy our current home. Henry seems to know everyone that can answer any questions. He even set us up with someone to talk with us about the water shed behind our house. The entire process was smooth...even during the beginning of the COVID crisis popping up right in the middle. This was by far the easiest home purchase we have ever made. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Henry!!
