Before I was introduced to Tommy Hammond I had 3 other real estate agents in FL that said they would sell my land. None of the other agents delivered and Tommy did. Tommy is an expert in the entire land entitlement process, the zoning, the water issues (state & federal), the political issues (county commissioners) etc., the wildlife issues (gopher tortoises etc.). Really I give this real estate agent the highest accolades for expert knowledge, honesty, and transparency. He’s a straight shooter and he’s willing to answer questions and concerns on the weekends/holidays and worked tirelessly to get a very difficult deal done for me. I’ve been in business for myself for almost 20 years and I’ve met all kinds of people. I know I’m a grinder and not necessarily the easiest guy to work with and I can say after this experience I would never do a real estate deal in Florida (or probably anywhere) without having Tommy at least take a look at the deal to tell me where the hidden land mines might be. He really is that good. There aren’t a lot of straight shooters left that do what they say when they say they’re gonna do it so I consider myself extremely blessed to have found Tommy and his family. I am truly grateful for the help I received on my real estate deal and I am very happy with the results.

Mr. Hammond kept us, the seller, informed every step of the way. He was encouraging and kind, assuring the transaction would be completed satisfactorily for both the seller and the buyer. Indeed, it was.
