Thomas “Tommy” Hammond is not just a real estate agent. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Thomas started his career in construction and development in 1979 in Alabama and Arkansas then settled in Texas where he expanded his development, building and sales expertise from Texas to the Midwest to Florida to include luxury homes, zero-lot-line homes, luxury apartments, condominiums, townhomes, luxury lofts, retail stores, commercial offices, restaurants, hotels, and resorts. Thomas was one of the top three multi-family builders in the Midwest for a decade and was one of the largest luxury home builders in North Texas for over fifteen years.
