I meet Henry about seven years ago. After a divorce with a fresh bankruptcy. I was looking for an apartment at a time when one bank after another closed my accounts due to my bad credit. Henry the owner of the apartment, assured me that he wouldn't do a credit check. He let me move in, even helped me. When he noticed that my dryer machine had the wrong cord he went to buy the correct one and even installed it. He gave me a break on the rent. Always helped me. I only mention these things to describe his character. I have total respect for the guy. So it was only natural that when I was ready to purchase a home I would hire him as my agent.
