She really did a good job and I am glad that I got her as my agent because I wanted a understanding person who is not her professional and also a little friendly to make us comfortable as we were first time home buyer. There was no scope of negotiation because it’s a new construction house. So, didn’t get to experience that. But our home search experience was smooth than I had expected because of her contribution and knowledge. She is a genuine person and I would definitely recommend her to all other buyers out there.
