I worked with Hemang to locate a condo which I could buy for my disabled brother. Hemang was amazing - very patient as we searched for condos all over Eastern Massachusetts. He also went well above the call of duty by researching properties and their expected sales price- which usually was well above the asking price in the current crazy market. I greatly appreciated all the extra effort he put into every detail toward the ultimate transaction. Thanks to Hemang, we found the ideal condo and - thanks to his excellent analytical skills, we were the "winning" bidders. Thanks to him, we were able to get to a quick closing. I'm not usually a fan of real estate sales people, but Hemang is the exception. I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly!
