Heman is absolutely AMAZING!! We recently purchased our first home thanks to Heman’s help! She is not only super patient and thoughtful but she also listens carefully to our needs and found some great houses that meets our requirements under our budget. During our house hunting process, she walked through multiple houses with us and she NEVER forced us to make an offer or any decisions unless we wanted to. She also did a lot of research a head of time for us to help us avoid lots of problems that we didn’t even notice/aware in the first place, truly grateful for that! She always responded to our messages/calls quickly and answered our questions patiently, we felt comfortable reaching out to her because she was very professional and polite during all our communications. Heman is also very good at negotiating with other parties, she got us a HUGE deal on our purchasing price which saved us tons of money!! Thanks to her we are able to afford some nice furniture for our house and don’t have to worry about going house poor. Also, during our closing process, she and our lender sent us a beautiful bouquet and warm note as a congratulations gift, we were very touched by their kindness. Even after closing on our home, she still continued contact us to make sure we have our utilities hooked up and insurance covered. She is truly amazing! Definitely 10 out of 10 experience with Heman, we would give her over 5 stars if we can! Having her as our realtor is the best decision we made throughout our whole home purchasing process.
