So this was pure luck... the agent I contacted was going on vacation and she referred me to Heloisa. We were not the typical case of a couple shopping for a house. We were stressed in time, we came to Florida for 2.5 weeks and we had one mission to accomplish- to buy our dream home, and 2.5 weeks is literally, no time! Buying a house in the 2.5 weeks time frame is triple the stress. With Heloisa- the process was less stressful.
