Helina Musco was my agent this year when I was selling a condo and also renting a separate condo. From start to finish, she took care of all my needs excellently, always made me feel like I was her first priority and gave me sound advice at every turn. Her advice on when to sell and her knowledge of the local market was truly invaluable to me and saved me thousands of dollars. Her warm and pleasant personality made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!

We did several real estate transactions with Helina, buying- selling- renting. We are very pleased with Helina’s knowledge, professionalism and great attitude. It is always a pleasure to work with this wonderful realtor.

We had a difficult buyer who tried to change the terms after contract, then dragged out and delayed the closing over a string of excuses. Helina stayed the course for us to a successful closing on the financial terms of our contract!

Everything went very smooth and Helina was very thorough with all aspects of the transaction!

I had the pleasure to work with Helina Musco as my Real Estate Agent who listed and helped to sell my condo. She was always willing to go out her way to find a buyer, even though we faced many challenges during the process. We came to a successful closing just slightly below the asking price. I was very pleased and impressed with her knowledge and expertise in real estate and I highly recommend her services.

After deciding to buy a condo out of state and when it came to finding a Realtor, I was not sure how to proceed. Helina Musco helped me focus on how to do this. She and I found a property quickly and even listed it for sale the following year. Once the condo was on the market, everything was seamless, and it sold quickly for the full asking price.
