Helie helped the reviewer sell this property

Superstar!!!

What can I say about Helie Taylor…. In one word PHENOMENAL!! We met Helie at a local restaurant and just started chatting. It came up in conversation that she was a realtor. I was also thinking about selling my house. From that moment on she was laser focused on our needs, requests and budget. She jumped through ALL of the hoops to get my house sold WAY above appraisal and market value. So much so that it sold in 1 hour and never made it to the MLS market. If that is not salesmanship then I don’t know what is. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients continued through the house hunting. She would drive over an hour just to check out listings for us. She knew our style and budget. We were renting for a bit while we were looking to purchase. And she never pressured us into anything, rather suggest that we take everything one step at a time. There was a period where we were contemplating building. She also was very supportive, not worrying about commission rather what our best interests were. Now that we FINALLY, have purchased a home she can have a very well deserved break. If anyone is looking for a compassionate, caring, proactive agent. Look no further. Helie is your gal!!
