We had a choice between Helida and another well known agent in our area. The other agent wanted us to take a lesser property price, to speed up the sale, she didn't seemed interested in building up the neiborhood or our sale. Heli wanted us to get fair price on our property. She was very good with prospective buyers and our park management. We would highly recommend Helida!
