Purchasing a property from another state can be challenging, to say the least. However, Helene Feo made the experience effortless. She literally walked through several properties with her video camera and Facetimed us, showing us every room, closet and crevasse! She spent a great deal of time and energy ensuring that we were protected as buyers, felt good with our purchase, and had all our questions answered. Her follow-through was exceptional, contacting us with pertinent information that we never even thought to inquire about. She introduced us to various parts of the state, recommended activities and restaurants, and went above and beyond her role as realtor. When our rental car broke down on the way to our closing, she even served as chauffeur. Helene is smart, skilled, warm and kind. Not only did we get a beautiful property, but we made a friend who we still keep in touch with. We cannot say enough positives about Helene. Should we ever buy or sell another property, we would use Helene Feo without question.
