Helene is a wonderful agent and a pleasure to work with. She is highly knowledgeable about the market in this area, and has gone above and beyond for us on many occasions. We can attest to the fact that Helene does a wonderful job as both a sellers agent and a buyers agent. She sold our Sarasota home for us about a year ago and was able to get us much more for it than we thought possible. As a matter of fact, we are pretty sure she drastically raised the comps in our old neighborhood and set a precedent! When we were ready to buy another home, we of course engaged Helene again and she showed us that she is equally great on the buyer's side. She helped us find a new construction home in a very competitive market, and spent many hours finding us the right place. We encountered numerous challenges with the builder and builder's mortgage company along the way, and Helene was invaluable with going to bat for us, at finding creative solutions, and in getting things taken care of.
