Our family has worked with Helena for the sale and purchase of several homes. She is consistently top-notch! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is simply a delight to work with. One couldn't ask for a better representative to work with for the sale or purchase of a home.

Agent is responsive to seller issues, knowledgeable about the local sales environment, professionally aggressive about marketing and, last but not least, patient. I have and will continue to recommend Helena Talbot to friends and family for their real estate needs. I will also list other properties with Helena Talbot in the future.

Helena was excellent with our short sale! She took the time to listen to our needs, solve our problems and ultimately achieved a great result. She communicated very well, meaning she was easy to reach, answered our questions, gave us updates, etc... I recommend her and her staff fully for any real estate needs.

Helena was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and understood us as first time home buyers. She was fast and efficient at answering our questions and responding. We would recommend Helena to others.
