She goes the extra mile and helped in ways I wasn't expecting. I read the bad review and was incredibly shocked by the comments because our experiences doing over 6 deals with Helen as our agent has been nothing but positive. Real estate agents do not control who is out buying, how the housing market is changing, or what the banks are going to demand. Multiple factors and multiple people come into play for each property one sells or buys. On many of our deals things didn't necessarily go our way, but Helen was always there trying to figure out our best way forward. Real estate is often a guessing game and always a gamble! She is going to give you better than 100%! I would absolutely recommend her.
