Helen was very knowledgeable. She understood it was a small town, and wanted to market the home in all areas of interest for different people. Helen kept communications open, had answers for all our questions, help guide us through. Would ask us questions about certain buyers who were interested in purchasing home, and our thoughts, she would then proceed accordingly.

The journey and preparation to buy a house was a long and arduous one for me. To say the least, I had a good share of challenges. Once I was ready, I knew what I wanted for me and my family. It was something I’ve worked hard for and something I’ve spent countless days envisioning. By the time I was ready to start looking, it was an overwhelming process. I don’t know if it was unique to my situation, but inventory was difficult to get by. Helen knew I had certain non-negotiable things I was set on, and man, did she fight for me. She was not just an “agent”. She was an advocate and I genuinely felt like she championed me in a way that it got me and my family exactly into the dream home that I had in mind. She was communicative, honest, genuine, and saw me as a person, not just a client. This process was eased largely because of how Helen was and is as a person. I am grateful for all that she did.
