Helen Nicole Simmons is an amazing real estate agent with a commitment to excellence. Her assistance with the sell of our home was above and beyond the typical call of duty. Not only did she serve as our agent, but she worked tirelessly to help us understand and overcome some of our issues with the various lenders (oftentimes this resulted in daily conversations with the bank). It is also important to note that we relocated to another state prior to the sell of our home, so Helen was working her magic across state lines.
