Helen was very patient with us during our house hunting. We looked at over fifty houses and she took her time and understood that we were trying to find a home we loved since this would be our first home. We bought the house during the corona situation, but Helen made sure that we closed on time. She also keeps in contact to make sure that we're happy with our home. She has been a great realtor.
What's there to say about Helen that wouldn't sell her short. She first and foremost, caring. She genuinely cares about the house you want to find and she will tell you straight up if it isn't a good fit. She work diligently at all hours. She has your back and will make sure that you are happy with your choice. She's professional, driven, and empathetic. Work with her if you want someone who cares about your housing choice.
Didn't interact much with Helen, but my experience with the agency was excellent! (My only suggestion is that when a review is requested, it may help to use the correct name of the person from whom you are asking for a rating.... Just saying... )
