Very profational person

Helen helped me in a difficult situation dealing with a relative's house I was tasked with selling. Her expertise and knowledge showed from the moment we met at the residence. What I thought was going to be hours and hours of work for me, Helen took it off my plate and ran with it. House was sold in two days. I highly recommend Helen for all your real estate needs.

We were out of state and had to settle my brother'a estate after his passing. Helen was recommended to us by the funeral home director and he referred to her as "Sellin Helen". She met us at the house on short notice and immediately gave us excellent advice. The home actually sold for more than she estimated and the process went smoothly. We were able to sign some papers on-line which eliminated extra travel and she answered questions to our understanding. The charge for her services was very reasonable and she worked closely with our attorney. Her reputation seems to be very good and she has contacts and utilizes her resources. I highly recommend her and so thankful we found her during this difficult time. In addition, she lives up to her name because she had at least three buyers within a couple of weeks.
