This agent is a great relationship builder, her experience in the medical field transpires into Real Estate. She has an extensive list of builders/vendors who make themselves available. She is amicable, and is receptive to your needs. Your goals, are her goals. Every client, she treats like they are a person in her home. She is looking for YOUR next new home, and will absolutely deliver based on your goals. I had been renting an apartment for over three years and considered buying my own home, but never acted on it. Helen guided me through the loan process, communicated with the seller's agent, and the numerous other parties along the way, thoughfully answered my questions, and even worked with me during the inspection and contractor walk-throughs.
