If you are looking for a fair, reasonable, friendly, and professional realtor (and hey, who wouldn’t be?), I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation than Helen La Roe of La Roe Properties. I hired Helen back at the end of January 2020. I had an unusual circumstance: Not only did I need to find someone adept at helping sell a townhouse, but it had to be someone I could communicate with and trust from 3000 miles away. I no longer live in California and I was the trustee of an estate. Everything would need to be done via phone calls and email. I was able to meet face to face with Helen in February, right before 2020 took a nose-dive. She was perfect as a consultant, too: the townhouse needed a major upgrade and facelift, but had to be done within budget. She not only offered her take on what was popular in the general Sacramento area, but she offered wonderful suggestions on materials. Bonus points: Her husband, Rob, is a general contractor who has all of the same qualities as Helen. We hired him for all the renovations and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.
