Finding our Florida Home

Helen was referred to us by friend that had worked previously with her. Over the past 2 years Helen has spent 5 or 6 days showing various properties in the Sarasota/Venice areas. Each time we met with her she a complete calendar of places lined up to show. Being from the north it was important to look at places that were in our desired location and price range. Helen finally helped us find the home which we just closed on. She helped us navigate the inspection and closing process as we were unable to attend the closing.
