I highly recommend Helen Ibrahim as a realtor for several reasons. When it came time to sell my house, it was not a well planned and happy event. Like so many others, I was wrought with grief and confusion. Being vulnerable and in this position is never a good thing. Helen has shown herself to be a trustworthy ally, maintaining my best interests at all times. She worked as hard as I did, sometimes harder to help prepare the house for sale. She ran errands, cleaned, gardened, gave excellent advice and consulted with honest workmen, all to the benefit of the sale. She utilized excellent communication skills that promoted the sale while maintaining my comfort. She kept my eyes on the eventual prize. In hindsight, I can say, she gave me best advice on what to keep, sell, and donate. As a result of my collaboration with Helen, I received the best price for my home, approximately 20K more than my original estimates, made while consulting other realtors. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and happy to make this recommendation.

Helen went above and beyond what a realtor does. She helped us stage our house and even helped paint!! She answered the phone each time I called. She helped alleviate all of my fears and anxiety. She was very professional with an extremely un professional realtor that was down right rude to her and cursed at her. She was very helpful in alleviating stress we had with a difficult buyer. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars! I will be recommending her to anybody I know that needs a realtor!
