**Worth the Read!!** We had been searching for a house for nearly 2 years and every time Helen would promptly get us in to see the next available home. There came a point we were defeated and felt terribly having her show us homes. She never wavered. She reassured us that we’d find our dream home and happily kept showing us homes. She then backed that up with the right steps to get inspection things taken care of. After we bought our Dream home, she helped us sell the old house (which she also helped us purchase several years ago). She had a team come in to clean, stage and photograph the old house. It was Gorgeous!! She had the house listed and an open house the very next day. We had 12 offers above list in less than 48 hours. Closed on the old house with no issues 12% above ask! Incredible!!
