Helene definitely went above and beyond for us during 3 very difficult real estate transactions. She worked hard to resolve all the issues that came up during the process and never gave up until they were resolved. She is very knowledgeable and looked out for our best interests. She communicated with us on everything whether it was day, night, weekends or holidays, she let us know what was happening. We were treated like we were her exclusive clients and even when the seller backed out of our first offer, she never lost faith and hope and sure enough 7 months later we were able to purchase the home that we loved.
